Rooms and prices only tell you so much. Here's how it goes, from the day you visit to the day you move on, and what happens in between.
1Your visit
Come and see it for yourself
Book a visit and we'll confirm a time. Walk through the rooms, the lounge and the kitchen, and ask the team anything. Viewing hours are limited, so the Communrs who live there aren't disturbed.

2Moving in
Bring a suitcase. The rest is here.
Your room is furnished and ready. To book, you pay a security deposit of one month's rent, with no brokerage.
- Furniture, Wi-Fi and housekeeping included
- Utilities included, except in-room electricity
- KYC for everyone staying, for everyone's safety
- Your Commune manager walks you through the house rules
3Your first week
Settle in, and meet people
Get the Commune Apartment app to pay rent, check your dues and raise anything with the helpdesk. You're also a member of Commune Rewards from day one: follow us on Instagram for your first 500 points. Then check the calendar and turn up to something. That's usually all it takes.
4A normal day
Breakfast is cooked. Your room is done. Dinner is together.
Start at the live breakfast counter, where a chef cooks your eggs to order. Go to work. Come back to a clean room and a hot dinner, cooked in our own kitchen and shared with whoever's around. More about the food
- Breakfast: 7:30–10:30 am on weekdays, 8–11 am at weekends
- Lunch: 1:30–3 pm, Saturdays and Sundays
- Dinner: 7:30–10:30 pm, every day
5A normal month
There's always something on
60+ community events a year: festivals, run clubs, cricket matches, karaoke nights and food workshops, including the monthly Menu Design Workshop where residents plan the menu with the chefs. Communrs host their own dinners and game nights too.
6Moving on
No lock-in, no drama
There's no lock-in and no minimum stay on long stays. Give one full calendar month's notice, and your deposit comes back within a week of moving out, typically before the 7th of the month. Want a different room or another Commune instead? Existing Communrs get first pick when one opens up.
People don't stay for the room. They stay for each other.
