No lock-in on long stays
Plans change. There's no minimum stay on long stays: just one full calendar month's notice before someone moves out.
Less admin for everyone
Residents pay rent, check dues and raise requests with the helpdesk in the Commune Apartment app, and can escalate if something isn't sorted.
