THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH BELOW (THE “Terms”) AS WELL AS THOSE CONTAINED IN THE PRIVACY POLICY GOVERN YOUR ACCESS AND USE OF THE PLATFORM AND ARE LEGALLY BINDING ON YOU. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ANY OF THESE TERMS, PLEASE DO NOT ACCESS OR USE THIS PLATFORM. YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM SHALL BE DEEMED AS YOUR UNDERSTANDING AND ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS.

If You establish a link to the Platform, You must remove the link immediately upon Our written request.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and the Platform at any time without prior notice. It is Your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform following changes indicates acceptance.
We may suspend or terminate Your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, You must cease all use of the Platform and destroy any downloaded Materials.
All Materials are owned by Commune Apartment LLP and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized distribution, reproduction, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
Use of the Platform does not create any agency, joint venture, partnership, or employment relationship between You and Us.

These Terms, including the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement. If any portion is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
We may assign any rights or obligations to another entity without prior notice.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurgaon, Haryana.
THE PLATFORM AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON‑INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL OPERATE WITHOUT INTERRUPTION OR ERROR.
We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use or inability to use the Platform, including loss of data, revenue, or access.
You agree to indemnify and defend the Company and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of Your use or misuse of the Platform.
Prior to check‑in, the resident must pay the first month’s fee and full security deposit. In certain locations where rent is collected 3, 6, or 12 months in advance, the full advance must be paid before check‑in. Delay in payment beyond the 10th of each month will incur a penalty of INR 100 per day, added to the next month’s fee.
Booking Amount refers to a non‑refundable amount paid to reserve accommodation. Booking Amount is strictly non‑refundable.
The Booking Amount paid at the time of reservation is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances. This includes cancellation before check-in, change of mind, or delay in documentation or payment.
A refundable security deposit is collected prior to check-in. The refund will be processed within 7–14 business days after check-out, subject to:
Deduction for any pending dues or penalties
Deduction for damages, missing items, deep cleaning, or restoration costs
Deduction for key/access card replacement costs (if applicable)
The security deposit cannot be adjusted against rent unless explicitly approved in writing by management.
If You choose to move out before the agreed lock-in or notice period:
The notice period requirement must be fulfilled (typically 30 days unless otherwise specified)
If You fail to serve the notice period, an amount equal to one month’s rent will be deducted from the security deposit
Advance rental (if paid for longer duration plans) will be refunded only for full unused months; partial month is non-refundable
If a resident cancels after check-in:
Rent for the full notice period must be paid
Booking Amount and partially used month rent will not be refunded
Any unpaid dues such as electricity, water, damage, restoration, additional cleaning, or community penalties (if any) will be deducted from the final refund before settlement.
Refunds will be processed only to the original account used for payment. The Company is not responsible for delays caused by banking systems or incorrect account details.
