Communrs gathered in the self-help community kitchen at Commune Nova to make momos from scratch: rolling out the wrappers, spooning in the filling and learning to pleat them. Once they were steamed, everyone sat down together to eat what they'd made, with a bowl of spicy chutney on the side.
